DMSI has software at several Smurfit-Stone locations, one location in particular has achieved noteworthy results with DMSI products playing a key role. In 1999 an integrated inspection program was initiated in their woodyard. By 2003, they experienced a 70% reduction in reactive repairs whereby operators are responsible for identifying over 25% of critical asset issues. Their year-to-year maintenance budget has been reduced by over 35%.
